Great friendly service. Their coffee shop next door is awesome as well. Great price for the accommodations. Wendy’s family restaurant is just a across the road. Serving a great home style breakfast. Everything in one location. Will recommend this place to stay to anyone. 😀
The staff was/is super friendly and rooms are great! Perfect place to lay your head for the evening or for the week while ice fishing, running the trails or just kicking back for a good visit. Will be back!

My daughter and I felt very safe in this cozy little room for the night. The owner was extremely accommodating, and even called to check on us before she left for the night🥰. The coffee shop next store was top notch.😀
Great north woods room, very clean and comfortable with super easy access to WI bus. 53, a cafe, with very good food, a coffee shop and a gas station/convenience store all within walking distance. Not to leave anything out the girl at the desk was super nice and accommodating to our late arrival. Gotta love small towns!
I almost hate to recognize this fantastic gem, but the secret is already out. Loved this place! Cozy, quiet, kinda close to everything but not too close. And the coffee shop was superb!
We found a perfect spot in the beautiful Northwoods for a relaxing and consistent motel in the Wild River Trail Inn. The owner, Christina is an amazing woman and is very pleasant to work with. She responds quickly to a call when we get a whim to drive up north! Christina immediately booked us and graciously accepted our dog Gracie without question.
Our room is always meticulous, cozy beds and bedding, clean with awesome towels! It’s like home away from home, no bells and whistles and very comfortable! We highly recommend this gem in God’s country.
And, Wendy’s Place is a must for good eats… right across the street from the WRTI.
